From Sasaguri Forest of Kyushu University is only 7.9 km or about 13 minutes away. Then from the Komenoyama Observatory only 8.7 km or 25 minutes by car.

From Shin Yoshino Park the distance to Nanzoin Temple is only about 1.2 km or 2 minutes away.
